Since 2014, Digital Dialog have been fulfilling various marketing objectives for STS. Campaigns have focussed on engaging affluent travellers in the 35-65 age range via social media, email, digital display and remarketing campaigns.
The aim is to increase footfall to the STS website and to increase conversions. Promotions have encompassed inspirational messages about experiencing Switzerland by rail, available products, as well as offering ticket-based deals.
