STAGE 2
Deep dive and AI Activation Plan
This is the core of the engagement. Over one or two focused sessions, on-site for London-based properties or via structured questionnaire and video calls for those further afield, we go through the business in detail.
We start with your tech stack. Before asking how your team works, we map every system you are running: PMS, CRM, channel manager, revenue management, guest messaging, F&B, HR, finance, and operational tools. For each one, we assess what AI functionality exists, what has been switched on, and what you are already paying for but not using. This stage alone frequently surfaces significant value.
We then work through operations department by department, looking at where time is being lost, what should be automated, how content is created, and how communications are handled.
At the end of Stage 2, you receive your AI Activation Plan. It sets out where you are now, what the priorities are, and a clear sequence of actions to move forward. It becomes the brief for everything that follows.
STAGE 3
Activation

For businesses further afield, Stage 2 is conducted through a structured questionnaire and video calls, which works well for most scopes of work. Travel outside London is possible and would be discussed before the engagement begins.
