Digital Campaign Manager

Reports to: Managing Director
Location: Canary Wharf
Working hours: Mon to Fri 9:00 am to 6:00 pm

Digital Dialog is a digital marketing agency with specific expertise in the tourism and travel industry. We work with some of the world’s most loved destinations and travel brands. We’re currently looking for an experienced Digital Campaign Manager to join our small team.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2-3 years of hands-on campaign management experience across Facebook Ads, Google Adwords and any programmatic/RTB/DSP platform.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Set up and manage digital campaigns on a day-to-day basis across Facebook, Adwords, Twitter and a variety of other digital and programmatic advertising platforms.
  • Plan and create highly effective, results driven multi-channel digital campaigns based on client requirements
  • Devise campaign strategy and create media plans to include the most relevant channels and tactics to achieve campaign goals
  • Manage campaign budgets and be fully accountable for campaign KPIs
  • Account management – communicate with clients on a day-to-day basis regarding all aspects of their campaigns.
  • Liaising with external suppliers, designers and internal team members for campaign delivery.
  • Produce daily and weekly reporting for all campaigns
  • Keeping up with the latest advancements in the digital advertising space and suggesting new and efficient ways of achieving campaign goals.
  • Lead the campaign delivery process by following industry best practices, our own best practices and suggest new ways to achieve campaign goals while keeping quality high and costs within budget.

Secondary responsibilities  

  • Assist in preparing and updating marketing collateral such as case studies, presentations, proposals
  • Create marketing content such as blogs, articles and press releases

Person Specification

Must Have

  • Must be able to demonstrate at least 2-3 years of hands-on campaign management on Google Adwords and Facebook ad platform in paid employment capacity.
  • Certification in either Facebook Blueprint, Google Adwords or Google Analytics.
  • A proactive attitude to pull together every aspect required for successful campaign delivery in a timely manner
  • A solid understanding of Google Analytics
  • Excellent verbal and written skills in English.
  • Proven client account management experience
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Must be commercially minded as will be directly responsible for managing campaign budgets
  • And finally, an attitude to get the job done and a desire to meet or exceed campaign goals. (We’re a small company and we pride ourselves at providing exceptionally high levels of service and results)

  • Creative copywriting skills
  • Blogging experience in a professional capacity
  • Excellent presentation skills
